Current Obsessions: Real Technique Blend + Blur Collection

In a world full of dupes, there is one brand that has consistently demolished every brand in making quality, yet affordable products.

Real Techniques by Sam and Nic has been a staple in my brush arsenal for quite some time. When I started freelancing, I went and bought up all the brushes I could find in Ulta. They are truly amazing.

(Disclaimer: I anxiously used one of the brushes before I photographed them. That's why it's stained. And also, my camera battery was dead so I took them with my cell phone.)

This week's obsession is no different. The Blend + Blur collection are dupes of the Artis luxury makeup brushes. The oval shaped heads are densely packed and assures that product isn't absorbed into it. You get the best possible coverage.

I was utterly surprised at how very little foundation I needed in comparison to using my Beauty Blender or Real Techniques sponge.
