Fav Summer Lippies

Nude lips have become a staple of mine. My favorite combo right now is the NYX Lip Liner in "Expresso," and Wet N Wild Liquid Catsuit "Make Me Mocha." It gives my lips the perfect combination of pout and shape. I love it. I've been trying to branch out and try new things lately, but I'm an old dog baby. I'm super stuck in my ways.

Guess what though??? I've been trying and thriving baby!!! When I visit the beauty Ulta or Sephora, or my new favorite beauty spot, Target, I've been trying to grab shades that are season specific. I've done good for the most part but I can't help but fall back into my nude-ish ways.

This light-weight sheer formula is perfect for the summer. Its super hydrating with a tint of color, and its brown girl friendly.

Crown Lush Lip Gloss

So I ran across a SALE on the Crown Brush website and racked up on some things. For the most part, I snagged some makeup brushes but I also grabbed these lip glosses too. I like the formula because its non-sticky and the color pay off is just enough. I wear a brown lip liner with everything and all these shades pair nicely with my fav lip liner.

Anastasia Beverly Hills Lip Gloss

This formula is is so creamy but it isn't sticky and also has a bit of a color payoff, which is nice to have. Glosses have made such a large turn around. I know I'm late with jumping on the Anastasia bandwagon but these have been so bomb.

Anastasia Beverly Hills Liquid Lipstick

If there is a standard for liquid lipsticks, ABH definitely set one when they released these a few years ago. The formula has consistenly stunned me every time I've purchased a liquid lipstick and this one is no different.
